推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展

習(xí)近平在黨的十九大報告中提出，要“推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展”，這句話為中國文化建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展指明了方向。所謂創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化，就是要按照時代特點和要求，對那些至今仍有借鑒價值的內(nèi)涵和陳舊的表現(xiàn)形式加以改造，賦予其新的時代內(nèi)涵和現(xiàn)代表達形式，激活其生命力。所謂創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展，就是要按照時代的新進步新進展，對中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)涵加以補充、拓展、完善，增強其影響力和感召力。創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化與創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展是一個緊密聯(lián)系、不可分割的整體，卻又各有側(cè)重、有所區(qū)別。這一方針體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨在新的歷史條件下對文化發(fā)展規(guī)律的認識達到了新高度，必將對中華文化走向新輝煌發(fā)揮強有力的推動作用。

Promoting innovative transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture

In his report to the 19th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping called for innovative transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture, pointing the way towards China's cultural development. Innovative transformation involves changing what may be dated but still has relevance today, and giving it new life to reflect today’s realities and needs. Innovative development means adding new concepts and ideas, expanding and improving what is considered quintessential, and broadening its reach and its appeal, to reflect new progress. Innovative transformation and development are interrelated. With different focuses, they constitute a continuum.
