外商投資企業(yè)和涉外業(yè)務公司各類印章的標準譯文怎么翻譯？

       1、公章---- company seal，corporate seal，Common seal

        來看Wikipedia對公章的定義：A company seal (sometimes referred to as the corporate seal or common seal) is an official seal used by a company. Company seals were predominantly used by companies in common law jurisdictions, although in modern times, most countries have abrogated the use of seals.

        company seal（或稱“corporate seal”或“Common seal”）是一個公司的官方印章。Company seals在過去由公司按公共法規(guī)定所使用，當今世界多數(shù)國家已經不再使用印章。

        由此可見，公章有三種說法：company seal，corporate seal，Common seal

        2、合同專用章---Contract seal

        首先，按國際慣例，沒有合同專用章這一說，老外只認簽字不認章，故，合同專用章具有明顯的中國特色。故，合同專用章可譯成—Contract seal。尤其在國際貿易中，章子花樣太多，怎能達到“單證相符，單單一致”？

        3、財務專用章---Seal of Finance Department

        此印章同樣具有中國特色，若譯成finance seal的話，估計會令來外很費解，故空空譯成“Seal of Finance Department”

        4、法人名章--Legal representative seal

        法人是Legal representative，合同中若需要法人簽字蓋章時一般表示為“Legal representative （seal）”，故“法人名章”譯成“Legal representative seal”。

        5、發(fā)票專用章---Invoice seal or “For Invoice Only”

        6、報關專用章---Seal for customs declaration

        7、匯票專用章---Seal for Bill of Exchang or Draft Seal

        8、業(yè)務專用章---Seal for business
